SCHIP Bill Signed by President Obama: Smoke’em if you got ‘em
This past Wednesday, both the 111th Congress and President Obama reauthorized and expanded eligibility under Title XXI of the 1935 Social Security Act, the State Children’s Health Insurance Plan (SCHIP).
