More uninsured under Rendell
The Rendell administration says there are more than 1 million Pennsylvania residents who lack health insurance.That’s a 7.5 percent increase from the number of uninsured in 2004, the last time the state Insurance Department conducted a survey.Rendell has been governor since 2003. Why hasn’t he done something about the number of uninsured?
