Might I Suggest “Operation Too Little, Too Late”?
The big news today as far as I’m concerned was the announcement of the feds “Operation Malicious Mortgage.” As you might gather from the name, Operation Malicious Mortgage involves the simultaneous prosecution of people all over the nation for crimes related to mortgage fraud. According to the press release: “Operation Malicious Mortgage” resulted in 144 mortgage fraud cases in which 406 defendants were charged. On Wednesday, 60 arrests were made in mortgage fraud-related cases in 15 districts.
