Letter to Collections Agency
DATE: July 20, 2007 TO: ARSTRAT FROM: Jeanne Sather RE: Collection Notice This letter is to inform you that the bill for $41.40 that Swedish Medical Center sent to your office for collections is an error. I called my health insurance provider, WSHIP, and was told that it had not received a bill from Swedish for this amount with the date of service that is on the bill, 11/28/2006. Please check with WSHIP if you have any questions. I have tried without success to resolve the matter directly
