Recently, I had the chance to talk with Ken Cuccinelli about the race and the issues facing the Attorney General’s office. Cuccinelli is a small business owner and partner in the law firm, Cuccinelli & Day, PLLC in Fairfax. Additionally, Cuccinelli is a State Senator representing the 37th District, a seat that he has held since 2002.
