Georgia E. coli Outbreak Part of Multi-State E. coli Outbreak
The CDC has reported that one case in Georgia is now part of the multi-state E. coli outbreak that has been linked to Kroger ground beef and Nebraska Beef, Ltd. ground beef components. The first cases reported in this outbreak were in Michigan and Ohio. On July 15, the CDC reported that Indiana, Kentucky and New York each had one confirmed case. With Georgia added to the list, there are now 6 states involved in the outbreak. Our law firm has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a victim of this E.
