Educational Retirement Board releases subpoenas
The Educational Retirement Board has just released the two subpoenas it received from the U.S. Attorney’s Office. The subpoenas are related to the federal investigation of the state’s former investment advisor Aldus Equity, and third party marketing fees paid by fund managers.
